No pictures coming or lets say not yet, cause im writing with the seller so I wait up and see what he/she will say. Boot!!!! and probably some shitty soldering going on..... but is there possibility theres something with my MOBO? (newer had any problem and I own over 10 MVS games.) and the seller is saying that the cart works 100%

Doubtful, open the cart up and lets take a look. SDB carts are nortoriously booted.

I looked through cover holes and cart uses those BOOT eprom chips that have window in the middle.

If this is a SDB from drkitty on ebay then they do work as I have one and it does say it's a boot in the auction.

Try cleaning the cart edge and slot connector first.

My Puzzle Bobble rental cart does that, clear your backup ram and try it again.

Same seller. Good seller cause keeps contact. But for second time I cleaned cart,mobo and cleared backup but still same problem. :blow_top: theres possibility that something has happened when cart been posted.

I got this from the seller:

The cart was testd on two MV1F boards.
Your MVS model is for VS fighting game and latest games since 2000.
The model was not used in old games here.

Please test it with old model like MVF1.


Well got nowhere to test so shit happens! I own FZ1 MOBO and own old games like Burning Fight, Blues Journey, World Heroes (first), Puzzle De Pon and Tecmo Soccer 96. All of them WORKS 100% :eek_2:

That's a bunch of nonsense. MVS boards aren't meant to only play new fighting games. He sent you a busted bootleg.

Can you snap some close up pictures of the boards? I think a jumper setting might be incorrect.

or open the cart a tell me which jumpers are set.

They will be labeled as J1, J2, J3 etc and R1, R2 etc.

Yes thats what I thought too!
I will open the cart and take some pics tomorrow... Thanks again for your :help:!!!

V&P cart active jumpers

R 1,3,4
J 1,9,13,16,17

C&M cart active jumpers

R 2,3,4
J 2,3,9,10,11

these are hard to read but hopefully i checked right

I also cleaned the boards from duskballs but didnt help!

Has anyone here played Super Dodge Ball on MV-1FZ board? I dont know anyone who owns neogeo moboard nearby so I cant try this game any other MOBO:s


Could Xian Xi please confirm me those jumpers.
