I can't find a model number on the chassis anywhere. theres many stickers with the serial number WG446525 everywhere but no model number. the tube is a Zenith. can anybody identify this chassis? cab is a konami sunset riders and its the original tube/chassis manufactured in 1990

looking to get a cap kit since it looks like the big capacitor has leaked. would explain the couple vertical wavy lines I have at the right of my screen.

I don't know that that cap is leaking. Generally a leaky cap will bulge at the top and have brown goo coming out the center. It looks like there is white epoxy or something holding that cap in place.

I did wonder that myself. since theres also some type of white epoxy elsewhere on the board holding that ribbon cable in place.

I do have a couple wavy lines though, so I think I may have some faulty caps somewhere or I need to reflux some solder joints. I may try to play with the adjustment knobs this weekend and see if it stabilizes the lines first.

It is a K7000. There are two different versions. You can tell by the flyback used. That white stuff is just glue. If the monitor works you most likely just need to recap it to clear up the lines. The cap kit works with both versions of the k7000.

Edit: I'm pretty sure its K7000 but let me check tonight to verify 100%.

Thanks a lot for the info. from what I could research I thought it was a k7000 but I wanted to make sure before ordering a cap kit.
