I would be very interested in this as well, since I want to scratch-build an MVS-4-25 v1 too.
Best I can do is tell you that the control panel (And thus all the forward and rearward facing panels) is about 23.75" wide.

If you could provide front-to-back at the base, and overall height (of the sidepanels not including the casters/feet), I could probably extrapolate the rest from a side-on photo and some of my crazy digital magicks. Save everyone some effort. :P
Err, except I would need someone to double-check them against the real thing to verify so it's kind of pointless. xD
