Are some Japanese joysticks for home consoles region-locked?

Is the Mushi joystick for 360 going to be playable on a U.S. 360?

Nope. There hasn't ever been a region locked Hori stick. You can probably get an EX SE for a better price though.

thats a good stick. I have three of the horis and that is definitely the best of their 360 sticks for shooters.
