That board appears to be cooked.

It could because they lead to the backup ram area.

But like VT said it looks cooked.

I don't see anything wrong there.

The traces don't look corroded or burnt. Now the board does have some brown flux residue and what appears to be some kind of sticky or sticker residue on it too.

Now that I'm out of the meeting I can see that it is sticker residue. If the board isnt working, it's something else.

Yeah, it may be residue.. didn't look for real long at it.

Tonk, can you try to remove it? it would be easier to tell.

He posted a bunch of hi-res pics for me but I didn't see anything obvious in them.
