For the life of me I can't find an actual power switch on my Dynamo cab. Basically the monitor turns on as soon as it's plugged in. Are these things designed like that or is there a power button somewhere and I haven't seen it?

On mine, it's on the right side, half way down about an inch from the back. Near where the power cord plugs in.

I have had cabs that the switch was disabled/removed and wired to come on when plugged in.

Are you able to find a spot where there is a hole or something where a switch could have been mounted? Also, which type of Dynamo cab do you have?

thanks for the suggestions fellas.

FA-MAS the location you suggested is dead on. I found the switch. I have no idea how I never saw that hole before! It's a tiny thing. I'm used to woodies that have an actual 2-way switch up top or way at the bottom. One of those "KACHUNK!" type switches. This one is a pushbutton. I'd never seen anything like it.

Incredible. Thanks for the help!

@Grinwing - Its a straight backed one, it's not the slant back version (like this: http://images.craigslist.org/3ke3m93o25Pc5S25R29apc7c11621bf861a46.jpg)
