SF2 CPS1 missing chip

What the f is this chip and how can I get one/anyone have one etc?
This is the original SF2 board..I got two in a set one has the chip(pictured) the other did not and obviously did not work, swapped the chip, and, *magic* it works:rolleyes:...

Upper left chip with all the scratches...

Its a pal, its security locked, the only place to get another is off another same rev C board

It's been dumped for MAME (well, either dumped with a PAL cracker or perhaps reverse engineered).

I have a copy and could program it onto a GAL for you.

However, I'm in the UK and you're not, so to avoid ridiculous postage costs and delays perhaps I could email the binary to someone in the US (like Channelmaniac) who could program up a GAL for you and pop it in the post for a small fee? :)
