Anyone have news on KOF 98 UM New arcade version (hero)?

I went to the arcade center yesterday and saw a new KOF 98 UM called 'Hero' Version (may be in other name, i just translated it from Chinese to English directly).

The game has been upgraded in some aspect. The obvious changes is the AI of the computer seems higher.

The surprising thing to me is that this upgraded version is run on PGM 2 instead of Taito Type X2!

I tried to search information on the net, but i can't find any. Anyone will have more news on this game?

Because it shows PGM2 in the starting of each game demo. The game look almost the same as UM but higher AI. Up to now, i can't see the differences.

I guess it should be official release but i can't find any information on both playmore and igs website.
