Converting PS controller to Neo Geo

Where is the best page to tell me how to convert a PS controller over to a Neo Controller. Also anyone have a website direct link where to buy the cable that will fit the neo geo port the best to use with this conversion? Most of the cables you can get for a computer peice dont seem to fit to well into the Neo Geo...

About the cable, buy a PC one that has the female end made from plastic so you can cut it in order to fit your neo.
