NAOMI GD-ROM Credit Problem

I have a Monkey Ball where everytime you turn the power ON/OFF I get 24 credits even after I erased them. What do I do to change that? I need to know specifically what options in the TEST MENU to erase those if that is the case because I tried erasing memory and it was still there! It saves my 2 coins for one credit counter, though...

You cannot erase them. You need to put another game in and boot that up fully, then stick monkey ball back in.
