Got an MV1C off eBay the other day. Player 1 constantly pushes to the right.
My sticks are both working perfectly fine. Is there any way to fix that?

If it's definitely not your CP, then you might want to check that particular trace on the board and make sure it's not shorted to ground somewhere. But I would double check your wiring loom first before spending all the time checking the board.... might have disrupted somehting when popping the 1C in there.

First check for harness problems - shorted wries.

Next, check for board damage on the bottom right corner - the corner where the heatsink is for the audio amp. The traces for the controls snake around that area and if you have a crack in the board or a gouged trace you'll have problems.

They are tied high (meaning the logic level is kept above 2.5v signifying a logic level of '1') by a series of resistor packs. You probably have a bad trace between the chip and the resistor pack or a bad resistor pack.

Thanks for the quick answers.

I popped an MV1A in and everything works perfect. So its definitly the 1C.

That chip being NEO-YSA2 ?
