I got a League Bowling cart from MD games.

It has 2 holes on top, next to the label (they look like mini phono jacks).

I emailed MD games wondering what they are, and he didn't know.

What are these?
Do all League Bowling carts have them?

Thanx!

It's a Link Cable. You can Link 2 copies of the same game together for Screen to Screen play. Riding Hero supports this also and so does Thrash Rally. :p

I was just looking to see what MD sold. I know the AES ones are linkable. I didn't think the MVS were, but now I'm second guessing myself.

Yep, that would be the link cable port. I've got one for my League Bowling. Does anyone know what type of cable works as the link cable? I've never seen the Neo Geo AES Link Cable around

What type of cable is used to link MVS carts?
Is there a cable maximum length?
How do you set it up?
Has anyone ever tried creating a broadband converter for this function?

It uses an standard 1/8th inch mini jack and wire like headphones use.

No clue on how many feet you can go with it though.

Check out hardmvs for the connection and dipswitch settings to do the hookup.
