Cap Kit question

I have a Super Neo 29 that I just purchased a new cap kit for. However, the monitor looks pretty solid as is. I have no idea how old the machine is but to my knowledge it has never had a cap kit done. Does putting a new cap kit on have any benifits or should I leave it as is and only do it when necessary? Thanks

If the picture is good leave it alone. Save the cap kit for when it starts going a little.
