Take a close look at the label on your PAL Neo CD's power supply. You should see something like "INPUT: 110V - 240V", which means that you could plug in the p/s right away, since it can handle the 110V of your country.

AFAIK, all power supplies of Neo CDs are build that way.

If the plug itself doesn't fit, you could check a travel supply store for a simple plug-adaptor for EU/UK/JPN-to-US plugs.

Yeah, you'll have to do the PAL->NTSC mod explained in http://nickthfury.cjb.net/.
That is replacing the resistor R47, cutting the wire JN1 and removing the jumper R26.

Good luck.

Careful Neodragon, as Takumaji pointed out the NGCD power supply accepts both 110 and 220 V, so he doesn't need a step up converter, just a small adaptor that converts the 2 round pins European plug to the American type plug (2 flat pins)

Well, the mod is not that complicated thrall, the only tricky part is replacing the resistor...
I had a lot of trouble with it myself, check http://www.neo-geo.com/cgi-local/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=5&t=000851 .
Maybe if you have some friend that knows a bit about electronics he can do it for you.
To have the machine sent somewhere to have the mod made would possibly be more expensive than buying an US console directly, but you can try to make a post here looking for somebody. Maybe JMkurtz does, or at www.neogeousa.com
If you try it and have any trouble just post here and we'll try to help.

Good luck.
