I've got a old beat up Hori stick for the Neo. Buttons are squeaky and sometimes stick. Any reasonably priced replacements available?

Thanks

You can use 30mm Sanwas. You can either ditch the PCB inside of drill the holes bigger then bend the button pins a little closer together to fit through the holes.

Which is easier for someone that's never opened one up?:lolz:

Well either way you have to remove the PCB to put the buttons in but to avoid rewiring the thing just drill the PCB, I believe I used a 1/8" bit.

Here's a pic inside. These are the 4 spots you need to desolder. Once you desolder them then drill the holes bigger with the 1/8" bit or unibit if you have one.

Push the tabs in on the old buttons and push them out and then put the new ones in and line them up straight so they go into the solder holes.
