CPS2 counter ?

I've got an original Progear but the counter has been removed for some reason, any idea where I can find one ?

This is the only connector on the board so I guess it is for the counter, right ? It's a 6 pin connector.

Later CPS2 boards didn't come with counters, to save money. completely normal and not worth bothering about.

My original Progear is also missing the counter. I was thinking how odd that it would be removed since its not phoenixed and was from a collector. Makes more sense that it never came with one in the first place.

too cool.... this is the opposite of me, I got a CPS2 game recently and was shocked to see a counter! none of my others have it.

Usually Super Street Fighter 2 and Turbo/X are the ones that came preinstalled with them.
