PAL AES problems with some carts -- query

What's this I hear about PAL AES' not being able to play some carts such as KOF 2000/2001 and Metal Slug 4 ? What exactly are the problems which occur ?

Don't worry about this. I have a PAL system with MS4 and KOF2001 and I haven't noticed any big mistake. The only "bug" I've noticed in KOF2001 is that in the Stage Intro some parts of the background may be drawn over the PAL black scan bars, but this mistake dissapears when the round begin.

Yeah, the graphics gets outside the borders you can say. But that goes for older games like Magician Lord as well.

You won't hardly notice it, and it won't happend if you neo is modded to 60hz.
