Spin Master Boot or not??? Need help

Hi everyone. I got this spin master cart off of ebay today. It came with mini marquee and cart. Label on cart appears to be legit. I saw some funny stuff on the inside which has me thinking this is a boot. But I know some carts SNK repaired with different chips but... before I open a dispute with ebay to get my money back I figured I'd ask the experts. You're fine... Spinmasters for some reason just used some weird-ass type font on the chips. It's legit.
