New to conversions, but...

I have a few MVS games that I would love to convert to AES if possible. What's the best course of action for something like that? I've been seeing little things here and there, but I would really appreciate some solid contacts and/or options. Is is expensive? Is it easy? Is is safe? Thanks in advanced.
