MV-2F fried - NEED HELP

Two weeks ago I tried my new supergun, but inserted the jamma harness upside down, damaging the PSU and (possibly) also the MV2-F board with which I used it. Now the PSU in the supergun has been repaired, but still the MVS does not work. I get only a distorted picture and no sound (static noise).

Therefore I was wondering if someone could sell a cheap standard jamma pcb to me to try it with my supergun. Thus I would be 100% sure that the fault is in the MVS board, and not in the supergun itself.

Please e-mail me or reply to this post if you have any info on this, or if you are willing to part with one of your pcb's.

Vaya... Lo siento mucho. Ya sabes que tengo una placa del Wrestlefest que no uso debido a que tiene un fallo grafico (posiblemente debido a un accidente similar al tuyo), no me importaria dejartela o vendertela. Lo que pasa es que no ganas mucho ya que no funciona perfectamente ,luego no es muy acertado usarla para hacer pruebas. La imagen y el sonido son estables, solo que los colores no son los correctos.
Ya me diras algo, yo vuelvo el 4 de agosto. De todos modos en ebay puedes encontrar placas bastante baratas, lo malo es que muchas veces son viejas "sold as is" y tampoco te puedes fiar mucho.

¿Sabes cuánto serían los gastos de envío, Kanji?. ¿Es una placa original o bootleg del SF?.

Si me sale un poco caro mi otra opción sería esperar a que llegues de USA, Dani, y mandarte la supergun por correo para que la pruebes tú. Si funciona entonces está claro que es la MVS.

La oferta de takuman es muy interesante, es de aqui Barcelona y lo conozco, asi que te saldria una placa original que funciona bien muy barata porque hasta los gastos de envio seran bajos.
Lo de mandarme tu supergun no me parece tan buena idea, pero lo podemos dejar como ultimo recurso.

Umm, if you want help i'd suggest everyone posts in the native language of this board - ENGLISH! At least do dual. How are we meant to reply when there's so much spanish? We may make exactly the same point again!

Yo creo que te conviene más la oferta de takuman, esta cerca de ti y es mucho mas práctico.

Mi placa es bootleg :( y no tiene mucho caso pagar algo asi como 30 usd por el envio.

Yo creo que takuman te sacará del apuro.

We are only making him pcb offers, so it's none the business of anyone else. Why do we have to use English for such personal things when we all talk Spanish? English is not the only language in the world. And remember that in SNK games you can choose to have Spanish, so it can be considered a "native language" of anything Neo related, including this site.

About the language issue: I have only posted in English so far, or with very little Spanish at all. Besides, I would be grateful if instead of whining about the language which the rest of the people are using, you would contribute with something more interesting to this thread.

Como ya sabes estoy buscando una placa jamma baratita para testear mi supergun, y saber si mi placa mvs está jodida o no. Si sigues interesado me quedo con tu placa del demon's world. Esto me urge, así que si es posible ponte en contacto conmigo cuanto antes. Gracias y un saludo

I bet you 100% that your board is gone. The same thing happen to me and I just sold the board. These things are so sensitve, and especially your model. You go to imagine that the electricity that flowed through your board could melt only one thing, but in the distance of less than1/4 of a hair width there are 1/2 a dozen other very important wires, connections, and what not. You are better off buying a new one than even TRYING to fix it. But it would still be smart to test with a cheap board to figure out if your Super gun is gone.

But you don't have to listen to me, it's your option!
