As far as markings go looks like a 10uf@16v. I'm not sure. RJ and MKL should know.

It seems to me you're calling it aluminum because of the external case but that's what surface mount electrolytic cap look like. Aluminum refers to the dielectric and yes, that's an aluminum cap just like the through hole ones on MVS mobos etc.
