I was just wondering if the language would be in English if I used a Jap MVS cart in an English system?

The language will be in English. The language for neo is almost always determined by the territory of the system (BIOS). There are exceptions, like the Neo-Bomberman game showing Spanish when used in systems with a European BIOS, but for your question, everything will be in English

I have an European MVS 1-slot and a bunch of Jap carts and they all play in English. In fact, in most of them you can choose the language between English, Jap, Spanish and Portuguese via the soft DIP settings. You can also choose to have red blood in that way :cool: .
