This is the 8 pin d/a audio converter chip from the MV1C.

Anyone got an extra one lying around or know a place that sells them that doesn't require a full reel (2500 pieces).

Need it quick.

Or if anyone knows of a good alternate part.

Ya I read that too. I just took one from another MV1C I have so the sound works great now. But of course I still have one without sound..lol

Maybe I'll take it from an N64.

Out of interest MKL, do you know what mod is used in that N64 for the 3 RGB wires from that chip?
