I was recently scouring through craigslist just seeing what kinds of arcade machines were up for sale. Low and behold I came across this.

Last time I played that when I was little, and it was at the arcade in my grandmas mall. The arcade that played a huge part in my arcade addiction today.

Anyways, The machine is pretty rare, isn't it? You think it's $600 rare!?

Holosseum is pretty lame but you could get that cab and get a Time Traveler kit to put in it. That game isn't emulated and was pretty cool for it's time. The cabs in complete working order are pretty hard to come by, I believe.

I actually remember playing it when it was new, and yeah it was pretty lame. I've thought it over and don't want to buy it really. It's just pretty rare to see on for sale.

As cool looking as Holoseum was (as well as Time Traveler), it was a rather crappy game. The concept of a holographic game is still novel and somebody should get it just to preserve it since there weren't too many of them made.

Those who haven't seen Time Traveler or want to relive it, here's a link to some of the video courtesy of Dragon's Lair Project (great place to view laser games).

Thats funny. I actually did e-mail him earlier offering $200. If he says yes to that i'll take it. If not, then I don't really care.

As nostalgic as he thinks it is I don't see him getting more than $200 for it. Even if I had $600 on me I would spend only $200. There isn't much interest in that cab. He should just sell it to you for $200.
