Anyone know what this addresses or where I might find info on this?

I got this error and didn't want to put power back to the pcb yet.
This is an Asian region SP1.

Isn't it from not being able to read the cart properly. Reseat the cart.

and it is from not being able to read the cart
canned air + a reseat = gtg again

No problem dude, I got the same error when I first got my Battle Balls cart and PCB. I guess shipping popped it out of the slot a little.
