Bios chip/phantom convertor prob

i have a modded aes with bios and stereo/s-video mods and when i use a phantom it boots up with a blue screen that says rom check sum at the top and 2 rows that start off with 16 and 8 bit followed by numbers under them..........

this screen will not go away and i cant play mvs games on the aes,im not sure if i changed something in the options(im pretty clueless when it comes to changing the options-but there is a rom checking option on the bios) but even if i didnt think they saved anyways

has anyone had this prob or know how i would go about fixing it?

What serial no. does your system have and
what color is your Phantom-1?

i have a black phantom and i the aes is in the 200,000 range.............with the mods

could someone really help me,i dont think i changed some kind of option on the debug screen but i cant be sure-i backtracked and couldnt figure it out............i know nothing of dips either <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" /> <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" /> <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" />

I ran into this problem once before with a metal slug mvs cart on my blue phantom. It seemed like the cart was very finicky about how it was seated on the converter and it took quite a bit of fiddling around to get it seated just right.

How many mvs games have you tried so far? How firm does the phantom sit in you aes, does it feel loose at all?

the slots in this system are tighter than in the other i was using it for so that shouldnt be a prob............

Not sure but I seem to remember having the same thing happen to me.

Have you gone into the Bios and checked what mode you are running the cart in. Set it to normal home use, not MVS and try again.

That's all I can suggest at the moment.

thank you ive tried changing a bunch of the settings(including that) but mab my anger got in the way :)
