I just had to dispute an order with him to a claim on Paypal. He sold me according to him a "tested working" P-47 board but when I get it the sound wasn't working correctly and the 1p controls were not working correctly as well.

He keep saying sorry no refunds and he didn't even try to say anything on Paypal when I opened up the dispute.

Time to get my money back, meh.

What some sellers don't realize is that if you say in your listing "working" it has to be delivered in working order, if not the buyer wins the dispute most cases.

Time to tear Bill a new fucking hole.

OK so I got my money back from Paypal because I return the not 100% working P-47 PCB. Bill got the PCB on Friday and Sunday I got my full refund by Paypal.

Now he's doing an unpaid claim on me on ebay.

I already show proof of payment plus the full refund because of damage item and return.

Time to talk to ebay myself. :oh_no:

All you have to do is put in the original transaction number from paypal where you paid then it gets dismissed.

Also don't forget to leave a negative. When sellers refund you then try that shit it pisses me off.

I'm really surprised he doesn't have more negatives. Maybe other buyers are just pushovers and accept that they got broken crap from him.

Funny thing is I threw at least 3 grand his way over a 4 year period, at least $100 a month before the ass screwed me over. The point is, if I had a repeat customer who shelled out out substantial amounts of money routinely to me I would damn near kiss his ass to make things right so he would continue to come back.

But not this asshole, he has the balls to literally bite the hands that feed him.

The thing that kills me about this guy is that he's selling something that I need, and seems to be the only one that has it. He's charging full price for it and it's not even complete. I really don't want to click the Buy It Now button... :(

I've spent a lot of money with Bill in the past. Got a lot of great PCBs and arcade parts off him for a good price and in good working order.

But every bootleg MVS cart I inadvertently purchased on ebay did come from him. Before I knew better. :annoyed:

I use to buy TONS of stuff from him and got quite a few gems/rare pieces over the years. I stopped buying from him when he opened up his ebay store and changed his price structure all around.
