Hello,


I got this Nightmare in The Dark in a trade.


* It has 2 MX chips and one MX eprom on the program board;

* Also has 4 eproms on the CHA Board;

* Solder points on chip positions C3, C4 and C6 has many holes indicating that those chips were removed;

* Bad solder and a strange bridge on the back of the program board.

This is a completely different bootleg cart.


I traded my games for a real Nightmare in The Dark cart but received a bootleg one.


Waiting for a answer from the guy who sent this bootleg to me (he's a member here).

Damn, man. You just can't win. Glad I bought many of my carts in a more innocent time.

That's definitely a boot. Cover those holes with tape.

Good thing about it is you can reburn most of those eproms and make a Ghostlop.

I already returned the bootleg cart to the original owner.


Fortunately i dealt with a good guy, he accepted to take the bootleg cart back and decided to pay for the original cart that i sent for trade.
