Sega 41" Monitor (Megalo 410)

Is the Sega 41" *(megalo 410)really worth the cost increase? Obviously the larger screen would be nice but how is picture quality on these? No arcades around here have them so I cant check it out for myself.

Weren't these released before 1995? I know arcade infinity has one on eBay, but it looks so sad compared to the Super Megalo 50 type 2.
