These carts have been discussed a lot, use the search feature. There is a thread about the 108-1 cart on the Front page in General Discussion alone.
There is no authorized Snk 100-1 Cartridge by the way.
They have flaws that people either don't care about or for the price can live with.
They seem to work best with single slot MVS's in general. Most of the "doesn't work" complaints come from multi-slot MVS owners...there are exceptions.

DON'T ASK QUESTIONS OF WHICH THE ANSWER IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.
I have nothing against the people who enjoy these carts,but for that kind of money there shouldn't be a discussion wether it's flawless or not cause what comes cheap has a greater chance of quality lack in general.
