How can you tell if your monitor will support a medium resolution??

I've got an arcade cab which I use for my MVS and older jamma games. I'm interested in buying Virtua Fighter 2 but the game only works with monitors which support a medium resolution. How can I test my monitor to see if it will work with a medium reslotion game ?

Unless you have a swithcable standard/medium resolution monitor your current one will not work. MVS/Jamma monitors are Standard resolution!
