Annoying Interference on TV

every time i play my games through RGB scart, i get small, though very annoying wavy liens through the screen. I know it's not the consoles nor scarts as i tried them on a different TV, so it must be A) the tele is wearing out or B) something close to the TV is interfearing with the signal. My TV is on a table and the set up is as follows :

Tv (centre) Dreamcast (to the left of the TV) Xbox (to the right of the TV) Hi- Fi (directly underneath the TV) Left and Right Speakers (next to the dreamcast and xbox respectively) sega saturn (on top of the hifi) .

I read somewhere that sometimes the magnetic shields in the speakers can interfere with a TV signal, yet i've moved them around the room and the problem remains. Any other ideas?

You might try <a href="http://www.maplin.co.uk/products/module.asp?CartID=030202214717485&moduleno=32799&modulecode=" target="_blank">ferrite rings</a> on both ends of the cable(s), near the connectors.
