I'm really looking for the Japanese stools to match the ones I already have... Thx thou!
There are these stools I got at Target yesterday.
$20 a piece.
Gonna paint the tops.
Hmmm, im in for painted pics...
Plus at least two of the colored spots appear to match the control panel (Dark Green for Player one and Blue for the Sega decal).

I was at my local wal mart and they had a small display of "yourzone" furniture. Found some really nice stools.
You can order them and have them shipped to your closest store for pickup. They come in pairs, so it's $12 each

I like these because of the color selection and they material is black light reflective so it looks great if you have black lights in your gameroom.

These look pretty decent. I'll have to see if my Walmart has any on display. I tried checking with Coinopstore.com to see if they could source any stools, but I haven't gotten a response yet.

I bought a variation of those stools from a seller on ebay, after finding out even with a fairly sizable group buy, shipping on coinopstore would be prohibitive.

Padding is about a minimal as it can be and still be called padding, and the stool probably wouldnt support anyone weighing over 250 or so, but for what they cost, I'm happy.

I got some of these coming from japan
there taito game center stools ,
the other japanese ones i got were from a vendor in southern cali, but he is out now.
How much were these?

I bought 4 of those from some local store called Ollies they were 10.99 apeice not the greatest but they will do

So who the heck in Japan still carries the old fabric top candy stools? You guys have provided some great alternatives, but I really want to match the two stools I already have...

I picked up 4 of these while at G-Front in Akihabara for only $5 each. Authentic with cigarette burn-in. I'm going to recover them soon.
Ikea used to sell a chair by the name of Sixten. Myself and Ilazul use them for candy cabs. Perfect height, darkish blue with a microseude like material with back. seems like it's been removed from their inventory online. I'm going to check the 2 local stores near me, I had hoped to pick up some more eventually. Hopefully they are on clearance.
