Are people still playing L4D regularly?

Kind of want to pick this up again, but I'm wondering if interest has waned since the sequel is coming.

I don't own it but I'd rent it if you want to play some co-op games.

Apparently there is some L4D DLC coming out soon.

I bought the game, then like the next week they announced L4D2 was coming :tickled:

Yeah I'm not real sure if I want to drop money on something that people aren't going to pay attention to in a few months. Unless I can find it super cheap somewhere I probably won't get it.

i bought it, played it, and lost interest in about 2 hours

the controls just feel primitive and imprecise to me

what a kick in the nuts, that was about the hardest $50 i ever earned too

The game suppose to get a new campaign soon. Nowadays I only play when I get an invite. I have it on Steam.

I have it on Steam, I'd be down to play sometime.

The new DLC campaign is free on PC, $7 on 360. I may pick up the 360 version again if I can find it on the cheap, as I think I prefer the characters in the first one over the second. I'll probably end up with both versions somehow..

@Galfordo - I'm not a fan of FPS that control like L4D, but I overlook it because L4D is really about the team play. I don't think I could reccomend the game to anyone unless they had some people to play it with. I'm not really interested in playing it with random people online.

I was able to get it used for $25, but I still see it for sale in stores new for $40-50 which is a ripoff considering L4D2 will be coming out soon.

The DLC will be free on Steam and cost 560MS Space Bucks ($7USD). Valve is awesome, but it just appears there titles keep getting shafted on the 360.

I still play L4D pretty regularly on my 360. If anyone wants to start a game up give me a shout.

I played a shit ton on the 360. I still love playing, but generally only with a person I know or want to game with. I'm not a fan of random games, way too many idiots. I have two achievements left. The Zombie Genocide (only a matter of time) and Nothing Special (Hard as fuck). I have no idea how I'm going to get Nothing Special.

I'd be down for some L4D if anyone wants to hit me up for a game some time. My XBLA handle is HeartlessNinny.
