I purchased this game for my PS3 yesterday. I would have gotten the 360 version instead but for some reason there was $15 left in my Sony Wallet, so I got it on PS3.

I haven't played online with a partner yet, but I'm not sure I want to.

I was very very dissapointed with this game as I was playing single player.
It feels clunky. There isn't much to shoot and the powerups seemed dull. It wasn't exciting at all!

Bad choice I guess. I'll have to stick with Dimahoo and Strikers.

Anyone like this game and is there something I'm missing?

I'm sorry for your loss. That game is an embarrassment.

So far this game is the only one I regret buying on PSN.

For future reference avoid any game that is developed by Backbone entertainment. They put out lackbuster stuff

They do decent ports though... Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection is good.

I don't know, I dig the game. I really wish they would put 1944 and 19xx on PSN or xbox live though.

HD Remix survived their treatment!and i´d rather have them releasing the Neo-GEO ports to Live...

Hmmm, thats exactly what immediately came to mind when I heard lackluster. I was playing it at a friends the other day and the PS3 froze up in local matches. I said, aw shit, I think we just got backboned!

Oh god, they made 1942 as well? That one is just plain terrible, nothing else to it.

It's 1942, not 1943, 19XX nor 1944. It's a freaking remake of 1942 in a hori setup, think about that! Go play 1942 and tell me how smooth it was. 1942 was the actually game that became a hit for Capcom in that series. The NES port sold like crazy and back then that was the shit.

I'm not saying the game is amazing or anything, but it does the job well. I just find it kind of odd that people are expecting to play 19XX out of 1942 remake, is like expecting a Gunsmoke remake to be a FPS.

HDRemix is the shit!! SURVIVED?! I say it fucking passed it all the way to the fucking north pole and left everything else on the dust, even SFIV and anything else current. I'm thankfull for the patch though, the days before the patch were kind of ruff but still enjoyable.
