Got it off ebay for an incredibly low price! US version and complete with only some minor insert whitening at the top!

The best part was the price!! The seller truly didn't know what gem he had on his hands!

An inferior adaption of a good game, nothing more.

Simply proves you are insane with this game (3 AES copies and one Neo CD copy).

Of course, if you want GREATNESS, get BBS2 for Neo CD.

I got my Baseball Star 2 from Pichai months ago and it's in mint condition, of course the price is really low too

I dont' think BS 2 is a good sports game
It's just a show-piece that how powerful Neo Geo is

That's pretty surprising. Sure, the game looks good, but it happens to also be one of the most fun baseball games I've ever played and holds up remarkably well to the baseball games that are produced today!

BS2 looks fresh and exciting. When I look back to the baseball games I was playing on my Genesis/SNES back in 1992 just how archaic and ancient they look and play while BS2 has stood up to the ravages of time!

Great game and I'm finally glad to have found a great copy to add to my collection! This is truly THE game that got me seriously interested in buying a Neo many years ago!

Yeah Sal right now i have my Baseball Stars 2 American AES cart as a wind breaker and it keeps the door open during the day - new lease in life as a paperweight

The neo cd version is so i can use it as a coaster for my cups of tea when i play Windjammers

baseball stars 2 is really what me going on the neo once i got it(the cd system that its)other than the obvious(S.S.-KOF)---the first baseball stars doesnt really do it for me.....

base ball 2020 is pretty underated to me, ive gotten countless hours of pleasure from it

I used to play this game to death at my local arcade on the MVS machine, so I pretty much know what to expect. But it sure is nice to have my own personaly copy now to play whenever I want! (To quote ECM of Gamefan "emulation is for the weak!").

I played this game for like 3 hours after work! It's just as good as I remember it at my arcade, only now I don't have to put in a token every 2 innings and the auto memory card save between innings is a godsend in the pennant race mode!

I LOVE THIS GAME! Playmore should seriously consider a Baseball Stars 3. They could recycle the engine and sprites and I would still buy it!

You are 100% correct. Case in point, check out any of the baseball games released for the SNES and Genesis in 1992 (the same year as BS2) and you'll see that they have not aged well. They look archaic and play even worse. Same can be said for many of the Saturn and PS baseball games...they focus too much on the realism and dynamics of the game instead of making it FUN and EXCITING like Baseball Stars.

It's amazing that I would rather play BS1 and BS2 over any of the latest baseball titles released on XBOX and PS!

Great game to own, Baseball Stars 2 is one of my favorite Neo games, pure fun and very colorfull.
