That's your tv. My grundig tv did that until I opened it up and reduced the h-size(it should be a small plastic knob by the crt) I also reduced the v-size as well because it had a tendancy to be a bit too big. Doing that probably isn't reccomended by the manufacturer, but having an image stretched beyond the limits of the screen is obnoxious, and is really only done because the average schmuck would complain if the image didn't fill the entire visible tube area despite the fact that it preserves every part of the image. You have nothing to lose by doing this, just be careful.
