S-VHS weirdness

Is it my TV or does it seem like the left and right edges are cut off when using the S-VHS?

That's your tv. My grundig tv did that until I opened it up and reduced the h-size(it should be a small plastic knob by the crt) I also reduced the v-size as well because it had a tendancy to be a bit too big. Doing that probably isn't reccomended by the manufacturer, but having an image stretched beyond the limits of the screen is obnoxious, and is really only done because the average schmuck would complain if the image didn't fill the entire visible tube area despite the fact that it preserves every part of the image. You have nothing to lose by doing this, just be careful.

Yep, how's it going LWK? I've been really busy the past few months with getting prerared for my arcade. Repairing cabs sounds like fun, but not when you've got this many to do. <IMG SRC="smilies/ohno.gif" border="0"> When I got back from being out of town NGG didn't work so I took some time off from being online for six hours every day <IMG SRC="smilies/cool.gif" border="0"> . I just started posting here when RevQuixo sent me a link to someone having monitor trouble.
