Candy Cab Help!!

Just bought a Taito Egret 2 candy cab and I'm after a few parts I can't seem to locate in the UK.

I'm after a replacement fluorescent tube for the top of the cab and a starter motor for the same.

It may be difficult to get these in the UK as we're on 240V and the cab runs at 110V.

Can anyone haylp??

It might be easier to just wire in a completely new fixture and call it a day.

Good call... if the UK ran at 110V not 240V. If I put a new fixture in it won't work.
