Best choice for RGB converter

Getting all my CMVS parts together and the last one that requires some hunting is a RGB convterter. I'm not savy enough to try building one yet so I wanted to buy one. I've heard a lot of people mention Jrok but I've had no reply from him as of yet, and some other people mentioned that he has been unreachable as of late.

Looks nice, but takes 12v and I want to run off 5v only

I know I've seen a few others in various places but I can't find any definite links to buy them. I don't need any more than S-video and composite, I need it to run off +5v and I'd rather not pay a ton for one. Anyone have any suggestions, or maybe if you have one of these lying around I might buy it off you.
