Memory Card Help Please

Hi everyone. I have a Japanese AES system and just got a brand new memory card for it. The instructions say I need to initialize it before use.

When I bring up the memory card menu (by holding down A, B, C, D and pressing reset) it appears in Japanese (which I suppose shouldn't surprise me!).

Can anybody advise which option I should select as I don't read Japanese well enough to understand*

*I am learning but help in the meantime would be good!

there is a memory card faq sticked at general.

to have it formatted is the first option, I don´t know how many times you have to confirm it but =accept =return
