namco jamma to jvs

is there documentation for these anywhere?
i'm trying to see if there is way to use a cps2 kick harness with this or use the 5th button on an atomiswave.
just next to the main jamma input is a 10 pin connector. is that for the kick harness?

also there are 4 dip switches. what might they be for?

Judging from the picture it supports the 4th and 5th buttons. It's just missing the last 4 ground wires which aren't needed since it's using the others.

all 4 buttons work with a MVS. its just the 5th on the AW that does work.
the board that this connects to has 6 button setups wired in the cab already. i was wondering if there is a setting i need to select via dip switch or whatever.

Well the 5th button on MVS is the select button which is the same pin as AW 5th. Most likely it's not wired up in your cab.

thank you. that is like what i've been trying to find. this confirms that the 10 pin connector is used for kick harnesses like suspected. i'm still curious about the dip switches though.
