curious about jamma/mvs

hey everyone please excuse my limited knowledge of jamma and mvs setups i dont own one yet so i dont have that reason to know alot <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

im curious about the original snk made mvs cabs. are they just jamma cabnets with a extra button and a neogeo mvs motherboard? or are they specially built for neogeo only?

they are what are known as Jamma+ The fourth button is the only difference from a standard jamma set up on one slot cabs.


On multi slotcabs the 4th button and the stereo sound differ from standard jamma.

If you toss a standard jamma board into a neo cab it will work..although you might have no sound. :P
