I know for sure it's not a boot but wtf is that thing on the 2nd board ? First time I see this kind of cart. Looks like you can plug the cart to something. I've had a few Kof 2000 carts in the past and none of them were like that. This one looks really interesting.

Looks like it's just for a daughterboard on it... I think mine has the same thing. Everything else is official, right?

Absolutly, Toshiba chips, right roms numbers and all. This is an official cart, no doubt about it. I'm just wondering what this connector is for.

A couple others have daughterboards too - I think MOTW/99 are others that have it sometimes.

I've only seen little daughter boards without connector like this one:

I think that was a way to recycle old NGPC games since they used flash chips for the game data.

stating the obvious, if its been reprogrammed to a couple of KOF2000 roms, it isn't going to do anything in a neo pocket.

that's crazy, I'm gonna have to pop mine open when I get home. Is that a US or JP cart?
