If you're looking for regular American parts. hit up Betson's near the Meadowlands. You could walk in to the service department and get your parts asap. The dude with the buzz cut (forgot his name) behind the counter also knows of a dude in Brooklyn that takes special requests (cheaper glass cutting, neo carts..etc). If you do hit him up, let me know.
They have a nice showroom over there but the home sale prices are a little bit costly. If you do decide to pick up anything there, haggle prices. Chris1 on here and I have been there when they get a new pin set on display or for a quick Power Supply pick up.
Ah! I've never been there but I'll have to check it out. Thanks man. You're probably thinking of All Aspects Amusements in Edison.

I've been in there once before, the place is shady as hell and they're only willing to sell fully built/restored cabs, no individual parts.
Search around for their name, they seem to scam everyone. Also their website doesn't seem to work anymore... Probably a good thing.
I called them once after their business hours (I didn't realize it), and got their voicemail, but I didn't leave a message, and I hung up before it started recording. Like a week later some creepy mo called me back asking if he could help me with anything. It took me like 30 seconds just to understand where he was calling from.
Eff that place.
