What is the size of the Sega Astro City instruction sheet?

I'm looking to make my own instruction sheet for my SEGA Astro City but I don't have a tape measure in my apartment.

Does anyone know the exact size that the instruction sheet is that goes above the button controls?

And does anyone know of a site with the actual scans of it? I've searched here but I couldn't find anything, maybe I'm missing something.

Really? I'm looking at mine and it can't be over 20" wide.

I'm not really looking for any in particular. I'm in the process of designing my own.
