I need some help...I am interested in purchasing a phantom 1 converter for my Neo Geo Home Cart System. I have heard that the newest, "black" shelled phantom will only work on the newest neo decks.
Well, I have an OLD neo deck. The serial number is 00017. It is a US deck too. Could someone please tell me if it would work. If for some odd reason it won't, could you please explain why it wouldn't?
