S-Video mod in AES and Laseractive need help.

I'm going to do a S-video mod in a US AES and US Laseractive.

I have so very bad directions how to add in the Laseractive, states all I need are some wires and female s jack. Is this the same for the AES?

S-Video looks to be 4 wires. Lumma, ground, ground, chromma.

I have a pic where to hook on laseractive, does anyone have a pic where to connect on AES?

What the heck is laser active?

And yes, The mini-din jack is Luma, Chroma, and the two farthest apart pins are both grounds. You can just bend the grounds together and solder them as one connection.

You're on the right track, Spion. I think you'd better just look over the directions a little more carefully before you begin. There are always unexpected things your first time modding something.

On the AES you need to build the S-video circuit which might be hard for you. I'm guessing the Laseractive already has the s-video circuit built internally but only outputs composite.

The laseractive is such a useless machine that fails in everything it does, I wouldn´t even bother to mod it or have it plugged into a wall.

The disc are so big and shinny! Kinda like a neo cart lol

What i´ve meant is that it doesn´t excel in anything it does.

There are way better LD players,

you can´t play 32x in it,

no RGB for any system,

the LD games are terrible.

So you a better off with a standalone LD player, a genny and a TG16 than this trash.

I found only 1 good Mega LD game, Hyprion. But I can't afford the Nec LD driver.
