post a pic - upload to imageshack, photobucket, or snapfish.....they will give you a link on the bottom for html and img and so - on this forum you want to use the img link to post your pic.

Put the images on photobucket or some other image hosting site (hell, you could even use facebook) , then click the "insert image" button above the post (looks like a square picture with a mountain in it or something) and copy the image location to there.
