I resized the Neo CP layout schematic below to "Actual Size" with photoshop. It might come in handy to print out and use as a template for drilling holes. Just make sure your print program isn't trying to resize the image when you print. The image should take up about 80% of the width of a 8.5x11 sheet of paper in landscape view. MSPaint works better than windows image viewer.
*Note, The Joystick hole is a bit smaller, but the plate will cover a 1-1/8" hole fine. I wouldn't spend another $12 on a smaller hole saw if you don't have to.
