If I put in a JP MVS cart in a US MVS it'll play in English?

A few months back me and my friends are trying to see if we can upgrade the first SFIII game into a Third Strike but we decided that there's not enough SFIII players in the area (it's all Marvel up here).

We currently have a Metal Slug 4 cab but we want to change out the game for a KOF so KOF98 was decided.

I'm going to order another PCB for myself and get a KOF98 for only $15 off Fujita for the arcade.

Not to instantly derail your thread, but are you talking about Fujita Communications?

My email keeps getting bounced back saying that their address no longer exists.. Had any luck? And if so, could you please send me their correct sales e-mail address?

I'd been using sales@fujitacommunications.com off of their "How to Order" page.. Thanks for the help!

Oh, did a little research:

http://www.neo-geo.com/faqs/neo/newmembers/newmembers2.htm

"B1.) If I have X region game and play it in Y region system, will it be in Z language?
NeoGeo games and systems are region free, meaning you can play any region game in any system. The BIOS on the system tells the game what language to boot up in (the games contain multiple languages). The region of your cart for the most part (see below) does not matter, it's your system that does."
